The character of Adam is literally based on Hamlet (INTJ). I don't thinks it needs more explanation than this, but I don' know where people see the P, he is clearly very thoughtful and doesn't like taking action without a plan; and I don't see the F either, other than for Eve and Ian he doesn't really empathize or is sentimental for anyone or anything, and strikes me more as the thinker type. I think the mistype is coming from the fact that he is really depressed and suicidal that makes him really quirky at times.
