バイオグラフィー
Ciel is a teenage genius, being a genetically-engineered human. She created Copy X, who was meant to rule Neo Arcadia in benevolence. However, he soon went rogue, persecuting Reploids in order to protect the humans and ruling with an iron fist. This led to Ciel breaking off to pursue justice with the Resistance, and to awaken Zero from his slumber.
