Ignoring stereotypes and looking at functions, I think she's INTP>ISTP. Tsuyu is extremely perceptive but it's not often "in the moment- like an Se user". She easily accepts ridiculous ideas as plausible like All Might and Deku having similar quirks. When she's facing a hurdle, Tsuyu easily thinks outside the box. You can see this in the fight against Ectoplasm. While Se user Tokoyami was like "well all the sensory data around me suggests that we are screwed." Tsuyu thinks "Just because I'm trapped doesn't mean there isn't a way out. Let me think of an idea." (Ne). She then draws upon her knowledge of her abilities and dark shadow's to devise an innovative strategy(Ne-Si). While intuitive bias exists for male characters, sensor bias seems to exist for female characters. I'm not sure why this is the case.
