Okay, I'm so tired of people trying to rob me of my fellow ISTPs, I'm going on a bloody crusade now. First of all, ISTPs aren't some permanently socialy inept dudes with ever concise speech (we're not INTJs, lol). That Se is too high, and ISTPs can get really goofy and outgoing when they're in their element or among their group: and Alucard is very much in his element when fighting. That he shows off in a fight and talks loud doesn't automatically make him a Se dom. It's very easily explained by being ISTP and having 8 somewhere in the enneagram. He's not stupid at what he does, he's very much curious about stuff but always rather unimpressed by the humanity in general (arguably even by himself - our dude practically sold his soul to become most powerful, and that left him permanently broken inside to the point of seeking death, albeit covering it in a very bombastic way - so low Fe). Nevertheless he has found his group and in serving it he found his purpose: a very ISTP thing to do, see the arc of Natasha Romanoff in MCU, who's another very capable ISTP that started off a very wrong path but found the right one and stayed loyal to it till the end,no matter what. Also, while arguing for I N F J (omg, I can't believe this) with "oh but he's so attentive to people, oh but purpose" please remember that the guy had hundreds of years to develop his lower functions.
