I can see where the INFJ votes come from, but Jack's relationship with Randall's teacher is a good example of his Ni's limitation. He's good at giving his children advice when it involves them feeling left our ot misunderstood as he also feels this way a lot (Fi empathy - always tracing back to itself) but not so much when it involves a more complex chain of circunstances. Also, he is very skeptical of social conventions to be a Fe-user. He doesn't show any Ne though, INFP doesn't makes any sense. He is a very in-the-moment kind of guy who prefer to act right away instead of speculating about things.
