His TeFi balance is interesting. He fights for a good cause, to keep the students save (Fi) but thinks that the goal – having clear evidence of what people do wrong (SiTe) – outweighs the means (mass surveillance, creepy spying/stalking, violating personal rights). I relate pretty well to his poor Fi and it's a good tragedy the LiS authors implemented here. Also, even though it's unrelated to typology: I don't know whether you've played LiS past episode 3, but if you did, you saw that Madsen is anything BUT an antagonist. He is unethical, but he has his intentions at best heart. Misunderstood hero is a better term for him. I mean, his dedication to finding Jefferson matched that of Max and Chloe. So it's pretty annoying to see his character get dumped like that.
