Heathcliff is definitely an INTJ. You might say that sx4 and INTJ are not compatible but since he is a fictional character, you don't need to look for that much logic. First of all, I don't think I need to explain why he is sx4. Everything he does is to take revenge for what was done to him. And throughout the book we see him as full of grudges/hatred. Because he is extremely unhealthy, he not only treats those who have wronged him, but also treats those who have done nothing wrong quite brutally. He doesn't really care about anyone except Catherine. If he does, it's only because it reminds him of Catherine, etc. He was definitely not an empathetic person or rather he chose not to be.
