Either a 3w4 or 8w7. Absolutely not 1w9 or 8w9. Bro has zero worry about being good or moral. N is the actual 1w9 who cares about perfection of morals. Ghetsis cares about perfection in status/success and power. The reason I mighhht be able to see 3w4 as a bit higher would be because he places so much emphasis on social status as worthiness. He puts N down by calling him unworthy of sharing his family name, as if that's what matters the most to him --- his status as a descendant of royalty. I also think he's projecting a lot by calling others unworthy. It seems to me pretty obvious that that's Ghetsis' worst fear --- being unworthy himself. And so he builds up a perfect image of himself to combat that fear. Uses his charm and charisma to achieve his ideal of worthiness. Refuses to accept when he fails (when he melts down every time he's beaten) because to admit failure would be to admit he isn't the perfect successful image he has convinced the world and himself he is.
