I don't think Gil is ISFJ. For Fe-aux he cares surprisingly little about harmony in the group and others' feelings. Especially compared to Oz who's fe (tert) is supposed to be weaker. Gilbert doesn't try to fit in, he states his mind and shows detest clearly, without worrying about hurting anyone. We can see him being shy and dependent on Oz in everything when he was a child, like, yeah, probably no morals or opinions of his own, but also then we can see a scene where Gil confronts Oz's father, whose authority means nothing to him at the moment, while his morals are shown clear. It's his lowest self-esteem and an unhealthy obsession with Oz that makes him put Oz feelings and morals in higher prior. He does it only for Oz, and he will do everything for him. With everyone else, he's rude, selfish, self-aware and completely unaffected by the atmosphere in the group. He chose to follow Oz, but because of his own feelings and morals, not because of lacking them. Healthy or not, but Gil does have one of the strongest beliefs in this story. And his fights with Alice it's just two fi-users being... fi-users with rather unbearable temperaments? He doesn't try to understand her -- or literally anyone besides Oz. People with strong Fe are most likely to try to understand why someone is the way they are, not fight with them from the very beginning. So, Fi > Fe. Also, I don't remember him using Ti at all. He falls for manipulations only when it's something related to Oz, his Reason-To-Live-No.1-And-Only. That's not because he's fi-blind -- it's more likely a ti-blindness. He is weak to good reasoning. He listens to Oz and Break's opinion and trusts their analysis, and he prefers taking action to thinking something over. Te > Ti. So, ISTJ?
