so9 villain. i don't think his self-image issues dominate over the e9 sloth and self-dehumanisation (de-cat-isation... idk man) to make his core a heart triad. instead, he fits gut triad core much better: laziness of consciousness, self-distraction from the shortcomings of the group (so9 specific), self-dehumanisation through excessively identifying with the needs of the group over the self (so9 specific again). pawbert just wants to fit in. that's the motivation, and fitting in, numbing oneself's individuality to merge with the pack, reeks of indolence. avoiding issues within his family, the moral implications of his actions, introspection onto WHY he doesn't fit in with the rest of his family. he said himself he doesn't care about being different, idk why people are typing him to be so4, who are rooted in a mask of perceived difference. e4s, like all heart triads, work to meticulously build an image. i'm not doubting e4 as part of pawbert's tritype (he is motivated a lot by his inadequacies, clearly resulting in envy) but this is certainly not his core: pawbert's appearance is not something seen to be as crafted, as in there's no appeal to the character he puts forward. the only thing he's deceitful about is his intentions, not his image. i know the e4 voters are arguing that pawbert not being able to sell an image is further proof he's an e4 over an e3, but ALL heart triad cores sell an image whether they know it or not. self-image defines the heart triad. this is why i also find the e3 votes as extremely shallow, but i'm not surprised since every villain is voted at e3 on this site. if there's a deceitful character at all they're immediately pinned as an e3.
