I think it's understandable that Proto-Earth has his own page. In a way, he's technically a different character. Plus, he does show a different personality when compared to Earth. I think Proto leads with Fi more though because he appears to be very in tune with his personal values. At first, as Mars said, he used to not care about anything or anyone. He'd just do his own thing and spend his time playing with Mars. But then his connection with Theia grew, and he preferred to spend more time with her. His shift from doing his own thing to being determined to make life happen is very Fi. He's not just doing it for the sake of it, he's doing it because he genuinely loves Theia. I'd even say part 3 and 4 of 'The Crash of Earth and Theia' shows his Fi overpowering Te with how he puts his love for Theia over the Sun's authority, which did get him in trouble. Proto even shows Fi-Ni with how he was willing to spend less time with others, even Mars, if it means spending more time with Theia and helping her develop life. I can also see him with tert Ni just from the fact that, unlike Earth, he shows a bit more hesitation in what he's getting himself into. He was not only hesitant to kiss her at first, but also hesitant to let her orbit him, being concerned about what could happen and how the Sun may react to it. As for his aux Se, pretty simple. He's someone who often tries to think and make sense of things realistically. He's not as intuitive as Theia is, where she doesn't need proof to believe something can be possible. He even thought the concept of having life wasn't even possible at first. He just saw things the way they were and had little to no interest in the "what ifs". But then as he grew more attached to Theia, the concept of life started to grow onto him, and he started using his Ni with his Se to think of ways to make it happen. At first, I was thinking that Proto would just be an ESFP like Earth, but after some episodes he comes off as the most ISFP character in the series so far. At least to me he does.
