She is uptight, self-righteous, and has a strong focus on rules, musts and mustn'ts, and confronts those who go against it, which are true of E1. But on the other hand, E8s are strongly opposed to rules and want to break free of it. As for the subtype, it would most likely be sexual 1. This subtype's frustration and sanctimony is directed towards the individuals around them, with these 1s "reforming" them in order to make them fit their ideals (in this case, Queen Anne and Abigail). This is prominent in the way she handled the war. She just went for it and made the desicions without concerning herself with the other possible ways it could go.
