Peter "Pistol Pete" Whipple is a British 27-time championship bowler and the estranged father of Wade and Wanda Whipple and ex-husband of Wendy Whipple. Preferring fame and glory instead of his family, Pistol Pete decided to abandon them to continue his life of celebrity, leaving great pain for Wade, whom he reunited with at the Bowling Tournament of Champions years later.
