In my opinion, she is more of a counterphobic 6. The way she relentlessly pursues her mission of finding and feeding her daughter; this is evident from the trail of bodies that Goreng and Baharat encounter as the platform descends; she made sure to secure a meal for her daughter, killing anyone who tried to take it from her. Furthermore, the way she kills Trimagasi to save Goreng just because he was kind to her; these are all actions driven by her focus on trust and security rather than power and control. An 8, especially an sp8, would be more oriented towards their own well-being and survival, and finding a way to survive in there, just like Trimagasi (a real sp8). Self-preservation Miharu? I don't think so.
