Sunday mbtiパーソナリティタイプ

個性

"Sundayはどのような性格タイプですか? Sundayは、INFJ in MBTI、 - so/sx - 514 in Enneagram、 in Big 5、LII in socionics のパーソナリティタイプです。"

Obviously, spoilers: The inherent empathy for others yet the lack of perceiving the good of freedom around him, the inability to really connect with others when he's so focused on getting every detail of his ideal world right, the desire to improve and achieve an ideal world even at the cost of himself regardless of whoever (Robin) might need and *want* him alive, and the way he overly focuses on the intricacies of the ''ideal world'' he has created in his mind - bro's just stuck in a very nasty Ni-Ti loop, especially after Robin's murder. Cold, perfectionistic, detached - desperate for conclusions and answers, consistency and logic. His prayers, inquiries and his Fe function haven't worked to really give him any result for his ideal of protecting the weak. The bird he wants to see thriving won't be saved only with his care for it. People won't be happy and lead good lives - not as long as the strong are not held accountable. His compassion and empathy for the weak are not enough to save them. He becomes desperate. From each and every scene - the caged bird, the people he wants to provide a dream life for - he believes that freedom of an individual is secondary to their safety. He just ''comes up'' with this as a child: ''I think people believe birds are meant to fly because they've never seen it crash to its death....What if it never learns to fly in the end?'' He's just zoomed in on this ''concept'' of preventing disaster due to being ''weak'', and it's not even an impending possibility that he needs to deal with urgently. Just the idea. With his Ni digging deep into this ''safety is more valuable than freedom'' conclusion, he thinks and thinks more on it - he has to make a dream world, he builds a little miniature to get it completely right, every day should be a rest day, harmony isn't what he needs, it's order, lemme just build a giant machinery that i might need for an epic boss battle showdown - he develops the conclusion he's arrived at so tenderly and so detailed. But in his desperation, he doesn't channel his Fe and it becomes a critical flaw: He fails to recognize ''the weak''s, people's, *need and desire* for their freedom, that their happiness relies on that and them having their own will. He fails to genuinely empathize with and understand their perspective and needs in his desperation to logically construct his solution for the problem. The bird won't sing as beautifully if it can't feel ever the wind caressing its wings again - but he couldn't pick up on that. All of this is born out of his compassion, which he knows isn't enough to achieve his ideals like I mentioned, so he somewhat abandons it in his journey to achieve them. This loop goes far enough to unearth some sadistic tendencies when he's questioning Aventurine, taunting him with the mere system hours he has left. Sunday *knows* Aventurine is one of ''the weak'', that in his ideals, he should be protected - he knows the destruction his people faced, and how the IPC exploits people like him, he's not stupid. And yet at that moment, his compassion for the weak is completely overshadowed by his desire to get it all in order that he just can't muster up anything but a cold detachment and taunting in his idea of a victory as he ''confirms what he knows''. All that his overshadowed Fe can bring up is just a fleeting *personal* question when he's done taunting him: ''Do you truly wish to bring about the destruction of this world?'' INFJs can generally recover from the loop by their Fe being channeled in again. Because the loop makes them turn to their own world even further, someone needs to channel this for them in most cases - trying to reveal their compassion, sometimes destroying the conclusions they arrived at in their desperation for answers, and most importantly: reminding them that they're not alone in this, that they have valued connections. I believe that is what happened during the boss battle, and especially as he was falling after the ordeal - he was completely done, everything that he built for his ideals, his beliefs, it all failed in his eyes, and it seemed hopeless for him. He was defeated, accepting his fate as a bird about to crash to its death. What connected him back was Robin catching him: the one connection he cherishes most dearly. The reminder that he is not alone in this. The ultimate conclusion that his Ni and Fe combined failed to reach the first time: Even as the weak falls, as long as there is someone they trust to catch them, they can be safe and free. Independent from the plot, his Ti also shows up in funny times, the ''knowledgeable/somewhat nerdy'' side of INFJs. After the Trailblazer falls from the sky in Golden Hour, the dude just goes on a silly little tangent about how it all works and just goes ''Oops i have fallen into my professional habits again D: i can't seem to shake off this urge to be a know-it-all!'' He'd be so chill if he wasn't tweaking the whole time. Insanely well-written character.
