The leader, always in control. In this version, he is more well-balanced and serious than in the 1987 TV series and first three films. He spends the most time training and takes the Bushido code of honor to heart, mentioning it several times within the show. As the responsible one, he usually tries to stop his brothers from going on crazy missions (without Splinter's permission) before getting dragged into it himself. Like the Mirage comics and the film series, Leo and Raphael have disagreements frequently, though it is less about Raph wanting to lead and more about disagreements over moral stances.
