Hmm. I would say he displays more ENTJ than INTJ due to a tendency to abuse his Omega Beams, as shown during his murder of Dan Turpin and immediately after his resurrection. Seems like higher Se and absent Fi. Not to mention being the leader of an entire planet and willing to jump right in the middle of his warring factions. INTJs can lead on that scale but they tend to stick to the shadows more (like Lelouch and Kirei Kotomine) owing to inferior Se.
