Textbook ENTP, that much needs no debate. I believe he actually leans more on the "cognitive introvert" side of the type, despite his buoyant online persona. It's obvious that D&D fame shook up his life and forced him onto a trajectory of Fe discovery and growth. He has gone from a mild-mannered nerd to an authority and community leader, a change which is observable if you watch his career chronologically. That being said, it's Fe-Matt is clearly not his zero state. When he's off-script (in Dusk or on stream, for example) we see the much more analytical personality of someone who thinks in hollistic, theoretical principles. His Ti is most obvious to me when he relates it back to his profession - writing - which he approaches almost like a science, guided by abstract principles which he has personally decided on. This is pure Ti, not Ne and not the hyper-rational nitpicking or surface level calculations which Ti is usually conflated with.

Matthew Colville is a game designer and author, and is Head of Writing and Design of MCDM Productions, as well as its founder. He is known for the D&D-centric 'Running the Game' series on YouTube, launched in 2016. He is the Dungeon Master of 'the Chain' stream. He has written multiple fantasy novels including the Ratchatchers series, and has collaborated with Matthew Mercer on writing the Critical Role: Vox Machina Origins series.
