Graham's psychic ability was central to him. It's not about his ability, but how he uses it to perceive. He witnesses many patterns at crime scenes which forms conclusive images in his mind, a clear and strong hint for Jungian intuition (N). Because these insights are converging in nature, giving answers and not something applied in real world to meet needs, but to discover on the basis on patterns, it is drawn inward (Ni). And these insights come first, then he comments many a times about how he feels about the person (victim or criminals themselves), meaning a feeling function. This clearly presents us with IN(F) of classic Jungian typing. But we have to check if the feeling function itself is drawn inward or outward, mostly which are drawn outward for previous introverted function. It is sure that he is Ni dominant. But is he using Fe or Fi? Chances are Fe for most Jungian types being mapped as it is. But still we will investigate further into it. Pulling in emotions or using the inner emotions for experience is Fi, while Fe is about projecting inner or outer emotions outward (projection). While Will is good at listening to people and taking care of how they feel like the blind woman in the movie (I forgot her name, sorry), which seems like Fe. But it is that he keeps these emotional data upto himself to later ponder upon, which makes it tend more towards Fi than Fe. So it's a rare case like some where someone relies on complete introverted axis. That gives us Ni-Fi-Te-Se. And many would say Jungian type is more stable and thus Ni-(Fi/Fe)-(Te/Ti)-Se would sound more coherent. So that way we can also assume him to be INFJ, with the supporting fact that it's more display of combined Fi and Fe, and then Ti and Te. He had little to nothing to do with sensing functions, specially Se. Argument against Te would be that he is not imposing any logical system outside in any form anytime, even to support his Ni vision and Fi. I would be concluding him as INFJ instead of INTJ for my personal observation in how dual directed auxiliary and tertiary functions exist in real. So I would be piping Jungian results for this purpose. For the Enneagram, he seems strongly 1w2. That is due to his commitment to work for "saving some lifes" as he puts. He tries to be morally righteous and caring for victims he meets, but not dominantly defining him. Most votes are regarding 6w5 but I don't see any anxiousness or binary loyalty for any entity in entire movie. Temperament is easy Melancholic for his directed focus, yet reserved attitude.
