I don’t think he’s a 7, he doesn’t struggle with gluttony or over indulging in his desires. He seems to struggle with pride and his image more than anything else. He’s obviously arrogant enough to believe Maggie will stop her runaway bride streak for him but he also was prideful enough to track her down to her small town after he gets fired out of embarrassment. This guy struggles with how he’s perceived in his journalism sphere. He’s insistent on getting her story because since he failed at getting the facts the first time (there’s that inferior Si) he wants to repair his journalistic reputation. He is such a 3!
