That fighter who confuses opponents (especially players) during fights. Their movements, attacks, and properties could be so bizarre and unpredictable that it throws people off guard. Their attacks and motions are random (or seem to be), making them difficult to read and predict. Some of their attacks, such as Faust's from Guilty Gear, are RNG based.
