I would argue that Fiyero generally displays more Fi than Fe. He shares Elphaba's uniquely progressive values -- see his love of his horse and the way he doesn't judge Elphaba based on the colour of her skin (as everyone else in her life clearly has). While charming all his fellow students may seem like an Fe desire to engage with one's social environment, I'd argue that he's actually going against Fe social norms by being a rebellious prince. If you look at his general support for Elphaba and (*gestures vaguely to the second half of the musical*), it does feel like the shared Fi between him and Elphaba is contrasted with Glinda's Fe. Dancing through life is all about focusing on enjoying the present (Se) and averting your eyes from anything "deeper" (Ni inferior).
