Fi - George goes by her inner values and refuses to stray away from them. She won't even pretend to like someone who is mean to her or doesn't like her dog, as it disrupts her inner peace and makes her extremely uncomfortable. She also insists on being called a name different from her birth name and wants to be treated like a boy (as a side note she probably would've been trans if these books were written in more recent years), and won't answer to any attempt of calling her by any other name. and besides, I don't really see any proof for Ti? her insisting on never crying to seem though doesn't indicate the use of Ti: being cold and "unfeeling" never equals Ti anyway, but in George's case it's also very likely to be her attempt at being more masculine and true to herself (Fi) as she seems to firmly believe that boys are tough and don't cry. Se - George often gets extremely angry when things don't go her way (Fi) immediately (Se). e.g.: in the second book, she was asked to be nice and respectful toward her teacher, so that he would allow her dog inside the house. she agreed to do so for one day, but after seeing that this yielded no results and realizing she'll have to pretend the whole week (not getting a result immediately), she dropped the idea and went back to openly hating him (instant gratification over suppressing it for a longer-term goal). Ni - her Fi-Ni loop is clearly seen in the third book, when she can't stand living in the house with the evil housemaid and her family and decides to leave to her island without telling her cousins. Her reasoning was that they wouldn't have agreed with her and tried to talk her out of her idea - unhealthy Ni reading too much into a situation and reaching a singular wrong conclusion without even considering other possibilities, paired with unhealthy Fi worrying about her values being stepped on by her cousins and refusing to give that a chance to happen. Te - when George is angry and things don't go her way, she becomes bossy and controlling, ready to destroy anything and everyone that dares stand in her path - unhealthy and malfunctioning Fi that leads to a Te grip. It is also hard for her to step away from her values (Fi) for the sake of things working better and being more efficient (Te): in the same example above with her mean teacher, she refused to let him have his way while stepping over her feelings even though she knew that would lead to a complicated relationship with him as well as punishments and other complications that could've been avoided.
