He and Bruce have a supervisor-supervisee relationship in socionics. Ironically, Grayson is the supervisor even though he's also the sidekick. He literally uses his dominant Fe to criticize Bruce's blindspot Fe, and it's one of the reasons for their split. More specifically, he looks up to Grayson in terms of objective ethics and impact of the emotional atmosphere. I think it's a big reason Bruce was able to handle Ace so well in JLU. Grayson also isn't impressed by Bruce's lead Ni, since Ni is his creative function. バイオグラフィー
Just like his comic book counterpart, Dick was a member of The Flying Graysons, a family of circus acrobats. His parents were killed by a mobster named Tony Zucco. After being taken in by Bruce Wayne, he eventually finds out his secret and takes up the role of Robin. Eventually, he grows up and strikes out on his own, taking a new name: Nightwing.
