If you compare him with Emma you clearly see his Fe. Charlie is very focused on others feelings and quite image concious. When others are judging Emma he prioritizes the groups judgement and questions his relationship with her. He doesn‘t evaluate the situation based on his personal morals or questions his identity, but instead tries to accomodate others and create harmony. We can see this from his very first scene in fact (his supposed interest in the book Emma is reading). His inferior Se shows up in the end leading to his impulsive actions.
