Here is an example why stereotypes and visual identification work and flawed interpretation of functions can be useless. I know nothing about this girl. Never seen her before a few days ago or heard any of her music. Something about her came up on YT. I looked her up. Saw who she was. And from just a few pictures of her face, I thought, "seems like an ESFP, maybe an ISFP." That literally took less than a minute and that seems to be the consensus here. Now, not everyone will be able to recognize types like this (especially if they over-analyze functions) and not everyone can be typed as quickly or easily by even the keenest observer. However, in my experience, when I get a good idea about a person's type, it happens quickly and not much analysis is really needed.
