[SPOILERS] Heather is Social 2. I will write a full argument in time, however her main method in getting people to do as she says is by flattery, playing nice. She goes for social status not through the deceit of the 3, but rather the flattery and pride of E2. In the later chapters, even the chief says that she works through using ‘sincerity’, which should be considered as flattery. She also shows a sense of superiority over others when manipulating them, alluding clearly to her pride and self inflated ego, rather than a lacking self image which is decided by others. This sense of superiority and willpower combined with her sincerity and use of flattery is typical of the social 2.
