I have terrible problems with this. I feel terrible because I constantly forget what I was asked to do. Or I just have a heavy feeling that I forgot to do something. And it’s hard for me to explain to my family that I’m not lazy, but it’s really hard not to forget. I associate this with the fact that I’m constantly inside myself and it’s hard for me to switch to the outside world to remember important information (inferior se).
