I think she's a 2w3 not a 3w2. She is very achievement oriented with getting on the team, but I think she wants that achievement in order to be a part of the community. She wants to be admired because she thinks that's what will make her belong. Her fear isn't of not being good, because she knows she's good, the thing that bothers her the most is being left out and not accepted by others. This is all very 2-like. She's also an ENFJ. She has a singular vision of getting on the team (Ni), and the desire to be well-liked by others and exist in a happy atmosphere.
