I understand why it can be mistaken for a 3 when using a perfection mask, but I think you're targeting it the wrong way. She uses this resource to deal with the anxiety and fear generated by the consequences of not being perfect, not because she wants to be admired or because it comes naturally from her; it is her way of dealing with her environment. It is not unreasonable to think that she could be a 3, since she is the arrow of 6, but since she is obviously in an unhealthy state, she adopts the worst of type 3s such as falsehood and the need for acceptance, causing a constant paranoid state. I also think she works with Ne-Si, but I don't see much of Fe for her to be an ESFJ, so I'm going with the ENFP option.
