I get the debate. ESTPs and ESFJs use Ti. Trevor has Fe and it's relatively well developed, but compared to ESFJ Sam it's clearly not the dominant function and shows a degree of tertiary childishness. He's primarily opportunistic (Se) and seeks to leverage to satisfy himself (Ti) and then the group (Fe). He invokes his 'hero move' to sell an image of himself that he has spun on own his terms (Ti, lower Fe) to cope with his discomfort over people seeing him for who he genuinely is: a nice guy (blindspot Fi - a lack of a sense of true self). He's capable of sympathy and selflessness but he's not repeatedly selfless the way Sam is. It's great to see an ESTP who is closer to what they are actually like.
