Probably ESTJ, wanted a good traditional life for his daughter, to marry in accordance to her station and carry on the busyness after he's gone. Just no Fe and barrely any Fi, he's an unhealthy Te dom, since healthy ones can use Te to cover their Fe blind spot. See George Russel who I typed as ENTJ. He's got decent social skills and emotional awareness. Also ENTJ Joan Halloway from MadMen keeps being typed as ENFJ when she's clearly ENTJ. He's bossy and protective, likes working within boundaries likes ISTJ Agnes, if they'd met I think they'd get along if they grew up with the same set of rules. I wouldn't be surprised if Peggy liked Agness because she has so much in common with her dad and that gives her a sens of familiarity... if anything she can work with Agnes because she's worked with her dad so long so it's just another day at the office.
