Jasper Holbrook is an old grumpy farmer who lives on his own Pumpkin Farm. Jasper is the father of Catherine Moorland, the father-in-law of Thomas Moorland, and the grandfather of Justin Moorland. His daughter Catherine died giving birth to Justin, and he blamed Thomas and Justin for his daughter's death.
