Im still unsure about her mbti, but I think for ENFJ, Sayu was in an Fe-Se loop; hence the need to adhere to group harmony (Fe) by sleeping with men to get a place to stay (Se). It isn't until she meets Yoshida and Asami that her Ni starts working in a positive aspect again, and she decides to get back on track. Sayu and Asami's conversation in the most recent episode reeks of Ni: "You've got a past self and a future self. And those are yours no matter what. There was a reason for it. I promise.
