It's deeply unlikely that she has high Se between her fumbling the confrontation at the end of the movie (interestingly enough, it's Twilight of all ponies who has to save her) and the fact that she still hasn't successfully adapted to her broken horn as a full-grown mare She also never demonstrates any Ti usage whatsoever; she has no apparent desire to understand the world around her for its own sake, but rather only seeks to understand insofar that it helps her understand *herself*. Tempest shows no inclination whatsoever to maintain social harmony between herself and other ponies at the expense of her own feelings, which isn't just indicative of no conscious Fe, but that Fe must be so far down in her stack that she has barely any use of it Therefore, Tempest is most likely a TJ type... And frankly, if anyone can point to any evidence that she has Si in her stack that couldn't be explained by PTSD, I for one am all ears- but trauma alone does not make a character an Si user, it just makes them traumatized and potentially unhealthy. That being said... I will say that the sequence depicting her tragic backstory IS quite abstract, come to think of it
