edit: this argument is outdated. i stand by my vote, but my reasoning here is flimsy and stereotypical. i will keep the comment up regardless. it’s so strange to me when people say stede is an Fe dom when he literally has no grasp on anyones feelings but his own. he definitely fancies himself some master at understanding people and getting along with them but he could Not be more wrong… he’s fvckin clueless about other peoples feelings and even when they’re made clear to him he still puts them on the back burner while his own feelings take the spotlight. obviously Fe doms can be selfish but i feel like it’s antithetical to the very basis of high Fe to not only have a dogsh1t understanding of other people and social norms but also completely eschew other peoples wishes in favor of his own whims. i would provide examples from the show but i’ve been awake for wayyy too long and i’m starting to lose my grasp on reality 💯 but i might come back to this when i wake up. also please understand i say all of this with all the love in the world he is my favorite character ever and i would kill for him.
