Te as he's always the person on the mission. Some thoughts process and how he handles people show Dominant Te and inferior Fi. His works very much reflect connected theories as a whole - Ni style (with seemingly open endings but always have answers within the works, whereas xNTP would write stories that open to many unanswered possibilities by the end). To me, he seems like an ENTJ with 3w4 outlook on life. Being enneagram 3 connecting to 9 and 6, he can understand other types' points of views well. Some Three characteristics make him seems like he uses Fe, but most of his thoughts are very much stemmed from Fi/personal values. It's just that his principles and values are on his surroundings and accomplishments much more than, say, ENTJ 8 would ever care about.
