Chaotic neutral is a philosophy that liberty and freedom are desirable ends in and of themselves. It is a philosophy of individualism that holds that a society devoid of social order is the best way for all beings to pursue rational self-interest. A chaotic neutral character is an individualist who values their own liberty but doesn't strive to protect others' freedom. They avoid authority, resent restrictions, and challenge traditions. Although chaotic neutral characters promote the ideals of freedom, it is their own freedom that comes first. Chaotic neutral characters are not inherently evil, but they are also inherently chaotic. They are led by whims and are often incredibly mercurial. They do whatever they want, whenever they want, but are sufficiently restrained that they are not nihilists or straight-up evil. Chaotic neutral characters are often gamblers, conmen, merchants, and tricksters. They are only beholden to their own desires and are uninterested in controlling anyone else. They tend to be pirates, pranksters, and vigilantes. They are often exiled to the fringes of society due to their lack of desire, or ability, to control their emotions and actions. A chaotic neutral character in a role-playing game has the following traits: •Individualist •Unpredictable •Risk-taker •Uninterested in rules •Values personal freedom •Uninterested in controlling others •Works with groups when it benefits them •Gamblers, conmen, merchants, and tricksters •Chaotic neutral characters: •Avoid authority •Resent restrictions •Challenge traditions •Promote freedom •Believe their conscience is their best guide •Don't see much value in laws Believe tying themselves to a code of conduct limits their ability to do what they want Ne But No Sign Of Fi And Te

전기

Chaotic Neutral characters do whatever the hell they like and damn the consequences (unless they're too noble or hurtful, watch out for that part)! Some say they're the ultimate free spirits, others that they're just crazy. Either way, there's no telling what they'll decide to do next — their main, and often only, concern is their own freedom. Whose side are they on? It's doubted that they even know themselves. Nobody else does. In some ways, their inherent uncertainty makes them an unknown quantity to deal with most times so they border on Jerkass in terms of their self-centered perception of the world, though they usually do have some redeeming features. Chaotic Neutrals detest the self-righteous and believe in power to the individual. These characters are also useful in any story that involves something that isn't damnably black and white in the outcomes.
