can someone explain why 548 over 549? is it because he likes to playfully mess with kou and yashiro in a somewhat "sadistic" manner? i might just be mixing up his 5 reservedness with the passive nature of a 9, but he's seemingly way too unconcerned with autonomy and/or power and does prove to at least value harmony somewhat. take his willingness to give up his yorishiro as an example. sure, he did make them reveal their secrets before doing so, but for starters it wasn't really a matter of control or anything of the sort - he was already aware of them anyway and he says that he mostly does what he does simply because he feels like it. even if we're going by behaviour over motivation since this is trifix we're talking about, 9 still fits better. he's a bit more playful than the usual stereotype of a triple withdrawn (shy, soft-spoken and self-conscious, etc) but he's still for the most part way too unbothered and disconnected and doesn't have any strong opinions on anything, going along with the flow most of the time. i do think he'd have an 8 wing instead of a 1 wing if his gut fix was 9 (5w6-4w5-9w8) though. admittedly, being a side character and having 9/8 as his last fix definitely makes it hard to know anything for sure considering the lack of overall character focus, but this is just what i've gathered. regardless i'm interested in hearing an argument for 8>9 because i think i could possibly be interpreting his character wrongly, but at the moment i don't see much of 8 in him.
