It was difficult to type her at first. When I thought she might have a developed Fi function due to sometimes ignoring what input other people (Alex especially) give her in order to pursue what she thought was the right direction, I had to think again. In terms of Fe, she thinks aloud about what decisions she can make to ensure that whatever food she's making can please the most people. Chris, Gaby, and Rhoda seem to give Claire input in a manner that she finds easy to swallow, rather than Brad or Alex who often give her harsh criticisms that she struggles to take without getting personally offended. She also gets panicked when something she makes creates an adverse reaction in coworkers who sample an unfinished product.

Claire Saffitz is a Contributing Food Editor at Bon Appétit magazine and a professional pastry chef. Saffitz stars in several series on the Bon Appétit YouTube channel, most notably "Gourmet Makes", in which she creates gourmet versions of popular snack foods by reverse-engineering them. She is also the host of the YouTube channel "Dessert Person" where she creates dessert to savoury foods from her book.
