I figure looking at inferior functions shall be easier to type a controversial case. Kazama tends to worry about negative possibilities and he is afraid to take risks (opposite to Shin). His Ne also manifests in his secret hobby - watching the magical girl (sry i no longer remember her name). And, while he always strive to be the leader and top everything, this position seems to be not really suitable for him. He may have some great ideas but he never really took the lead (at least thats what I remember). Not that all ESTJ must lead, but they kinda have leadership as an innate ability.
