Corrin is an ENFJ SO7. Their entire character drive is rooted on the idea of alleviating suffering and following their own path in life in order to protect the people they love, and this branches off in various other choices; from Corrin tapping into their SP1 fix in Birthright to punish those they see responsible for suffering, to Corrin trying to use their influence to help people in Conquest and try to subvert the system, to Corrin taking their own path in life in Revelation and "making their own fate" to stop the war between Hoshido and Nohr. "I have family in Hoshido. I also have family in Nohr. Even if I were to lose everything... Even if they all despise me... I can't choose to side with one against the other. I simply can't do that. I don't care if I lose everything. This is what I've decided." [...] "At first I returned because I couldn't bring myself to betray my Nohrian siblings. But I soon realized that being a Nohrian prince/princess granted me certain opportunities. As a Nohrian, I can change things from the inside, stop the death and destruction. Without me, the Nohrian army would keep slaughtering the Hoshidan army... and the Hoshidans would keep retaliating. A never-ending cycle of hate and death. Since I chose to side with Nohr, it's my responsibility to end that cycle." [...] "... My happiness is a small price to pay for the good of the whole world. I will continue to fight for Nohr and follow my father's every command. If I must sacrifice my soul and walk the path of evil to end this war, so be it. Even if no one understands why I'm doing this... Even if they grow to hate me..." Corrin is sprightly, cheerful, bubbly and often a walking jeremiad to the various cultures they interact with due to their own adoration for others and ignorance of other social values, yet they unquestionably charm people their path with their charisma and unconditional empathy. As Naranjo describes it, "Social Gluttony manifests as a hunger for this sense of social ease and for all of the things that they believe will give it to them, predetermining their social activities. Their plans often turn to planning futures in which they finally get what they lack, gaining a sense of belonging, social acceptance, and social standing. A common misconception is that this type is truly selfless and sacrifices themselves for others, which isn't necessarily true. While the theme of sacrifice is common in the SO7, not only does this "sacrifice" have more to do with sacrificing one's desires (renounce) rather than self-sacrificing for others, but even when it is related to self-sacrificiality, it doesn't come from a background of true selflessness, but rather so that they can be seen as extraordinary and saintly by others, feeding the narcissistic ideal-self in which they take refugee to escape painful underlying feelings of inferiority, unworthiness and rejection. Once the other's look of admiration is secured, the Social Seven has already gotten what they wanted, thus they stop being serviceable and flee social contact so that a deeper bond is not created — that way their fraudulence can remain undetected and they don't have to commit on a deeper level, which as Sevens they fear. This whole strategy requires a lot of enthusiasm, idealism and social skill, but behind all of these traits lie many selfish compensations, those often being appreciation, recognition, good image, reduction of conflicts, creating debts for others to repay. All of this is achieved by manipulating through enthusiasm. Ichazo titled SO7 "Social limitations", a person who keeps predetermining his social activities, having an ideal of goodness or saintliness as a desire to not be gluttonous exploiter. Naranjo referred to people of this type as "good children", the kind who seek validation of their image as good people through performance, kindness, generosity and charm, although he also observes that "behind every good boy there is a spiteful brat" that remains fraudulently hidden." Given Corrin's sheer desire for altruism and changing the world as their own force in life ("I make my own fate!"), it's impossible for Corrin to be a SO2, who would be far more focused at winning social approval than veering off to their own path in life. While they have some E2 in them as a SX2, this is a secondary characteristic of their at best, as their entire motive for bringing peace and unifying others is firmly Sacrificial Gluttony. Overall, he's an amazing example of a healthy ENFJ using his Fe and Ni to unify people to a better cause.

The main hero of the game, whose identity and name is crafted by you, the player. A youth born into the Hoshidan royal family, but raised by the Nohrian royal family: they become the key to the interaction between both kingdoms, and their decisions will shape the plot as a whole. Oddly charismatic and easily attracts others. Conceals elusive power. The one with the most hidden potential in the army. Like their predecessor Robin from Fire Emblem: Awakening, the Avatar's personality in supports varies slightly by gender; the male tends to be more laid-back and sweet, while the female is more impish and upbeat.
