"I wrote the lyrics to “Farewell, Neverland” by picturing myself as one of the boys who wants to play with Peter Pan. They don’t want to grow up but they have no choice but to leave Neverland if they’re going to keep developing and moving forward. I wrote it from the perspective of resisting Peter Pan’s temptation." interesting. he used no Fi at all. from start to finish he used 3rd person point of view and Peter Pan's friends' perspective which screams Ne-Ti Fe. if he's Ne-Fi, in the way of expressing ideas, i imagine him would be more like, "i imagine i become Peter Pan and i wanna do this and that," or, "i've ever imagined if i was Peter Pan in my childhood and i'm gonna do this or that." he would be more focused on himself and what he feels. but i guess this won't enough because i'm not an ENFP afterall hahah i just try to remember how my ENFP friend's pattern when she expresses something. so here's the direct quote from ENFP talking about lyrics inspired from movie which is BTS Taehyung: • “Yesterday, I watched Forrest Gump for the first time in a while, and it made me cry a little. At the end of the film, Forrest says, ‘I don’t know if we each have a destiny, or if we’re all just floating around accidental-like on a breeze,’ and I really felt for him. It was sad.” • "I’m overwhelmed by some emotion, I write a song about it. When the song is done, whether it’s a good song or not, the sense of achievement helps get rid of any pain or suffering I’m going through." ((see? the Fi right in front of your face, fellas? did you seen it in Yeonjun? not me.)) both talked about the exact same thing and the same concept (writing lyrics inspiration from movie) yet both executed it differently: Yeonjun is simply roleplaying by imagining become Peter Pan Universe characters as if he lives with them (Ne-Fe), adapting into their perspectives (Ne-Ti-Fe) and forgetting his own self, meanwhile Taehyung focused more on his feeling which get impacted by the movie then using that overwhelmed emotion to write his lyrics (Ne-Fi-Te). i see Fi creative writing process like Taehyung a lot from BTS Yoongi too and both sharing Fi (i'm used to see Yoongi talk about his lyrics). oh, and also DEAN who is Fi dom. so if you see Fi in Yeonjun other than he tested himself is because he do what he wanna do, tbh Fe in xNTP isn't that strong to the point that they won't strive to do what they wanna do (i point Fe bcs i read someone made it into argument for Fi). from what i know xNTPs when they already have something they want, the desire is so strong because they have reason why they want it so it's kinda hard to dispute them. it's because of their Ti.
