Did you listen to the beyond the grid podcast with him? I think it just strengthens the idea, that he's an INFJ. As a comment says there 'Seb just sounds like a wise philosopher more than a formula driver.' The way he spoke it's really Ni-Fe to me. He didn't just answer to the questions but narrowed them to a more general conception and drew the conclusions. "I don't like talking about myself, let's talk about something else." xd, typical Fe. When he was asked about his passions outside F1 he said: "I get easily hooked on people and their thing in life when I feel they are very excited about it. I think excitment, that's my passion. I like people who are excited. " - sooo Fe (with a curious Ti). Anyway, I think all his functions are quite well developed. But still this INFJ vibe is well perceptible from him, at least that's what I feel. INFJs can be quirky too if they are more confident about themselves.
