Eric Duckman seems like an ENTP to me. I can see why some may see him as an ESTP, but he's far more in-depth in his speech than typical ESTPs. Not only that, but he has an awareness of his world that's very much not that of a typical observant type. He's tired of the complacency and sameness of modern life, and is very unconventional as a result. He doesn't understand the world, and prefers to live his own life. Even if others see him as wacko and a jerk, he's proud of that. But he still loves his kids, he just hates all the inconveniences of modern life. Also, he's very politically incorrect and will say whatever's on his mind even if it hurts others, especially because of how impulsive he is. Classic ENTP behavior. But through all this, Duckman constantly has to make long rants about the problems of life, because he feels nobody should have to put up with it anymore. Everyone thinks he's deranged, when in reality, it's the whole world that's deranged.
