I really enjoyed the manga, but Makino's actions were really obnoxious for 30 out of 37 volumes because she was always bickering and angry with Domyouji. Her actions were usually pointless and stupid because they were by impulse, making her constantly regret her actions/decisions. And she constantly reverses her choices all the time, until she met Amon 🖤. He really had an impact on her and made her realize a lot of things, she learned to stop denying her feelings. Her growth throughout the manga was the highlight of this manga for me though. I admire her growth.
