I don't think he's 3w4 lol, he was either 5w6 or 6w5 - practical, brooding, had a long term strategy, he did not build things and reclaimed power because he wanted to be admired, worshiped, seen as capable and have a perfect personal image, he was really doing thing he thought would empower and secure the empire. He had a long term strategy and focused on improving mostly the internal affairs rather than blindly expand. He had many intellectual interests, he was a man of culture for sure, he loved literature, architecture and art in general. 5w6 can love these things as well as 4 or 3, he was not necessarily artist himself but he was able to appreciate a meaningful art. He build the Hadrian's Wall, focused mainly on PROTECTION AND SECURITY of his empire and people. Maybe some people think he was 3w4 because he was kinda moody and may seemed to be arogant or narcissistic but I think that he just developed this trait during his life, it's hard not to think about yourself as demigod when you're the most powerful person in the whole world for such a long period of time. I think he was kinda moody and when I think about that now he was quite too emotional for an INTJ, he was all about securing his people and removing the "insects" who threaten the Roman Empire - that could be arrogant politicians, egomaniacal military commanders, greedy wealthy people, stupid people, his own advisers and of course Jews. I'm surprised he's not known as "Hadrinus, Destroyer of the Jews" anymore because that is how he was called at the end of his reign. If we take into account how many people lived in the world 2000 years ago he probably killed more jews than Hiler when converted to a percentage of the then population. I may change my vote later because he could be INFJ motivated by paranoid Ni-Fe as well.
