I don't really know His personality type, but His usage of Si is much Higher compared to other people from Old Id Software. Now I don't blame You if You vote for XNTP, In fact I'm pretty sure He is an XNTP. From my experience and analysis most XNTP might look and are more likely to be mistyped as an XSXJ as They get older, which make sense since Human gets more 'Conservative'* (or more prone to nostalgia for the very least) as They grow older, which also mean the Si in XNXP grow/develop more as They get older. I suspect that like anybody who worked at the early days of Id Software, Sandy Petersen is an Old XNTP on a Si loop or an old XNTP with a developed (or maybe overdeveloped) Si. *Non-politically: They could start saying "Back in my days" more than usual and They could hate or overcriticize modern/newer aspect of something related to their past (in this case, It's the Gaming industry)
