Fassio Ablund was a human from the moon Jedha who acted as an informant for the Galactic Empire, providing information on resistance fighter Saw Gerrera's partisans. He was then declared a criminal by the Empire after getting caught attempting to steal armor from an Imperial trooper's corpse and was forced to hide in Jedha City from both factions. In 1 BBY, he aided the partisans in ambushing a group of Imperials in Tythoni Square, firing from a balcony until an Imperial tank destroyed the building. Jedha City was destroyed by the Empire's Death Star superweapon soon after.
