Robby is, to me, an amazing and healthy ESTP. Dr. Robby is practical, perceptive, and immersed in his surroundings. He floats between rooms to fully experience the present moment of that hospital. A Ni dom would not be like that. A Ni dom has a more blurred vision, focused on connecting abstract ideas, which is never demonstrated in Dr. Robby, since his response to the actions of the environment is immediate, unlike a Ni dom, who would be more contemplative. I don't see Fi in Dr. Robby, because, unlike an Fi user like McKay, Robby doesn't place values above what is imposed by the hospital's superiors, as in the case of the boy suspected of murder. Dr. Robby doesn't demonstrate the ability to analyze the climate of the environment on an emotional level and understand what the team needs (Fe). Compare with Mohan, and when she was called out by Robby for "taking too long" with the patients when in fact Mohan only understood that part of that patient's improvement was linked to her self-esteem, something that Robby couldn't understand at first. Unlike the latter, he uses his subjective system (Ti) to solve internal problems among professionals (and that's why I don't think Fe is in such a high position). Part of his conflict with Gloria also stems from different views and judgments about the same described, when Gloria (Te) seeks efficiency and agility, while Robby (Ti) understands the parts of the problem and seeks to carry out his work by adjusting his own conception of the world, since the Ti user does not always seek solutions to obtain practical effects in real life. And yes, Robby is a good man, but that does not mean he has high Fe. Ti users are deductive, they seek to break down parts and understand how each one works, in their own system, which becomes evident when he tries out different methods of treating patients.
